AMSTERDAM - The second of two people charged in connection with a New Year's week kidnapping and torture case in Fulton County has now been charged with related allegations based in Montgomery County, state police said Wednesday. Justin J. Wilson, 31, of Gloversville, was formally charged Tuesday with first-degree attempted murder, first-degree aggravated sexual abuse, first-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree conspiracy, state police.
