GLOVERSVILLE - Police are asking for the public's help in finding the owner of a dog found dead Wednesday morning in Forest Street Park that showed signs of abuse of neglect. Police also released a photo of the dog, along with a warning on its content, in hopes of identifying the dog's owners. GLOVERSVILLE - A Gloversville man arrested earlier this month in connection with a pursuit that damaged patrol cars has been arrested again, this time accused of stealing a Gloversville Fire Department fire truck Wednesday morning, according to police. The incident began shortly after 6 a.m. Wednesday morning. Police then received a call from the fire department related to a stolen fire truck, police said.
