ALBANY — Gov. Kathy Hochul is once again warning New Yorkers of a possible return of low air quality conditions on Wednesday while severe thunderstorms also threaten the state.  Hochul warned that current air quality forecasts show a potential for unhealthy air quality to cover most of the state with a thick surface smoke overnight Wednesday due to the ongoing wildfires in Canada.
