Saratoga’s All-American Celebration will return to downtown Saratoga Springs this Fourth of July.“Saratoga’s All-American Celebration is about bringing the community together,” said Todd Shimkus, president of the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce, who organizes the event.The event will include a free concert featuring Big Sky Country and a fireworks show to end the day.
