JOHNSTOWN — Greater Johnstown School District's first armed resource officer has close local ties.In the fall, Officer Kerri Hauser is slated to monitor middle and high school grounds as part of a one-year pilot program with Greater Johnstown School District, city Chief David Gilbo said.Hauser is a Gloversville Enlarged School District graduate, former basketball standout and past contestant in the Miss Fulton County scholarship competition.
