ALBANY — Settlement were reached this week between Mavis Discount Tire and four estates of those killed in the deadly Schoharie limousine crash, according to new court documents. Terms of the financial agreements are unknown: Acting State Supreme Court Justice Denise Hartman ordered the court documents sealed, citing ongoing settlement negotiations with the other estates of those killed in the Oct. 6, 2018 crash.
