GLOVERSVILLE — A Gloversville-based developer faces litigation over payments allegedly owed in the sale of Kingsboro Golf Club.Global Properties NY and former Double Eagle Restaurant are suing Micropolis Development Group for more than $140,000 over allegedly breaching a payment agreement, according to court filings.Micropolis, run by Tanyalynnette Grimes and Bradley Teetz, gained possession of the nine-hole golf course and adjacent restaurant in May of 2021. They put down an initial $25,000 deposit and $2,000 in financing. Under contractual terms, the company was required to pay off the balance of the purchase price within 12 months.
