OPPENHEIM — Next to a recently defaced Black Lives Matter sign, property owner Colleen Bowers plans on putting up a new sign. "It'll be the same size and lettering with something like 'no room for hate in Fulton County,'" said Bowers. Two swastikas and a racial slur were found spray painted on the original sign Sunday morning at her Oppenheim home.
