OPPENHEIM — Next to a recently defaced Black Lives Matter sign, property owner Colleen Bowers plans on putting up a new sign. "It'll be the same size and lettering with something like 'no room for hate in Fulton County,'" said Bowers. Two swastikas and a racial slur were found spray painted on the original sign Sunday morning at her Oppenheim home. Bowers believes the hateful spray job was executed by ATV riders, which were heard around midnight.
