GLOVERSVILLE — A grant program is in the works for property owners in downtown Gloversville, Mayor Vincent DeSantis maintains. Respective allotments ranging from $5,000 to $100,000 would be channeled primarily into small-scale building renovations, including storefront facelifts and HVAC upgrades.
