TOWN OF JOHNSTOWN — A slab of state Highway 29 in the town of Johnstown is expected to remain closed until Aug. 31, according to a spokesperson from the state Department of Transportation. Construction will occur at the west of the intersection between Fulton County Route 116 and Old Sweet Road as crews facilitate a culvert replacement.For eastbound drivers, there will be a detour off the high-traffic route to state Highway 10 and 67 into Johnstown.
