MOHAWK — Distant stakeholders could soon seal the future of a hazardous railroad bridge in Montgomery County. City officials in Gloversville and Johnstown are expected to give state Department of Transportation officials the OK to tear down an old trestle bridge hovering above state Highway 334 near Fonda village within the next week.
