SARATOGA SPRINGS — Saratoga Performing Arts Center was evacuated due to a bomb threat on Saturday night shortly before alternative rock headliner Noah Gallagher's High Flying Birds were set to perform. In a statement Sunday, New York State Park Police confirmed that the area was evacuated out of an "abundance of caution" due to the threat.
