ALBANY — Gov. Kathy Hochul unveiled a new portrait carving of the late U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on Monday on the state Capitol’s Great Western Staircase.Ginsburg was born in 1933 in Brooklyn and received her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University in 1954.
