TOWN OF MOHAWK — A state police staff inspector has been charged after allegedly crashing into a mailbox while driving drunk and criminally possessing prescription medication, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.Scott F. Donn was charged with driving while intoxicated and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on Tuesday night in the town of Mohawk.Donn is a state police staff inspector assigned to the Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Albany.
