JOHNSTOWN — Fulton County is among a bevy of state localities defended by Sokoloff Stern, LLP in a New York City lawsuit over migrant policy. More than 30 localities are facing litigation over emergency orders aimed at protecting resources from a recent influx of migrants. Such actions hinder city officials from finding temporary housing for asylum seekers, per state and federal regulations, the lawsuit claims.
