Johnstown school board proposes student, staff memorial regulations

JOHNSTOWN — Greater Johnstown School District Superintendent Bill Crankshaw is interested in formalizing regulations on student and staff memorials. The proposal, up for a vote with the Board of Education Jan. 19, cements that all memorials on campus must be greenlit by Crankshaw and elected system officials.
