JOHNSTOWN - The Toying Around Block Party is back, this year bigger than ever before. The event will take place Saturday 4 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is $5 and children under 10 get in free. “Every year we up the ante,” said Vincent McCallum, owner of Toying Around in Johnstown.
