HAMILTON COUNTY - A fugitive with ties to Fulton County and facing federal threat charges was spotted last week living in the woods of Hamilton County, the state Department of Environmental Conservation said.The fugitive was then soon arrested by the U.S. Marshals in Schenectady, the DEC said.The case concerned Jesse Bedell, according to a U.S. Marshal official. The DEC indicated the suspect was 35 and from Gloversville.Bedell was indicted federally in 2021, accused of making threats in January 2020 from Warren County against businesses in Illinois and New Jersey, according to his federal indictment in the case.
