Johnstown Mayor Praught: Fulton County sewer extension ‘not a done deal’

JOHNSTOWN — In June, the Fulton County Board of Supervisors signed off on bid advertisements for construction of a sewer line extension on state highways 30 and 30A. And Johnstown Mayor Amy Praught isn’t happy about it. "It's not a done deal," said Praught. "I know the county likes to push their agenda and seem like it’s a done deal, but we haven't even negotiated."
