∫ Jon Segan, painter-sculptor — Meet the Artists reception: Micropolis Cooperative Art Gallery, 30 N. Main St., Gloversville, 5 to 7 p.m. Free and open to the public. A new show of artwork by Micropolis members artists will also be on display in the gallery which includes paintings, drawings, photographs, fiber art, batik, mixed media, woodwork, glass, digital art, sculpture, jewelry and pottery. The gallery, inside Mohawk Harvest, is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday; from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday; and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. ∫ Sacandaga Valley Arts Network Artists’ Gallery Fall Exhibit: Fulton County Visitor Center, Routes 29 and 30, Vail Mills. Free and open to the public. Gallery is open weekends.
∫ 2018 Winter Art Show: Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts, 2736 Route 30, Gloversville. An exhibit of artwork by local and regional artists. Admission is free. The public can view the pieces from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday; or from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday. The show runs to April 4.
∫ Gloversville Public “Library Local Inspirations” art exhibit: Fulton-Montgomery Regional Chamber of Commerce, 2 N. Main St., Gloversville. The exhibit will be open for viewing from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday through April 20.
