Beekeepers meeting set for Ballston Spa

BALLSTON SPA — The Southern Adirondack Beekeepers Association will meet on from 6:30 to 9 p.m. July 16 at 50 W. High St., according to a news release.

Dan Conlon, the owner of Warm Colors Apiary, will discuss selling honey for the small beekeeper. He will cover bottling, branding, venues for selling honey, and working with stores to carry the products, the news release stated.

The SABA, located in eastern New York, promotes and supports the interests of beekeepers, both hobbyists and commercial, with educational and social activities. The counties served include Fulton, Montgomery, and Saratoga. Visit www.adirondackbees.org for information about the organization, meetings, classes, and other programming, the news release stated.
